Jack’s family has been living and working in Gig Harbor for over 110 years. He started crewing on his grandfather’s boat at age nine fishing the waters of Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands and Alaska.

Jack has held executive and ‘C’ level positions in organizations ranging from start-up to global leaders. During that time Jack has consulted with executives at Boeing, SYSCO, the Seattle Seahawks and the British Military, to name a few.
Jack now combines his wealth of experience in boating and business at Gig Harbor Yachts and provides insight, experience and guidance when working with his yacht clients.
Michael is Gig Harbor’s most experienced sailboat broker with more than 20,000 bluewater miles under his keel. He holds a Master USCG License and is an ASA Certified sailing instructor. Whether purchasing or selling your sailboat or powerboat, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that truly benefits his clients. Before coming to Gig Harbor Yachts, he spent twenty five years in Business to Business sales and is accomplished and proven at exceeding his clients’ goals and expectations.
Jim lives and works in Kingston and oversees the Gig Harbor Yachts Bremerton, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Port Ludlow and Port Hadlock clients. He is an accomplished skipper and offers outstanding hands-on training for his boat buying clients. Jim consistently outperforms the local competition and his boat buyers frequently praise him for his determination in helping them find the right boat and the best fit for them. His boat sellers aprreciate his persistence in finding the right buyers for their boats.




As a full-time yacht broker consultant, Amy's attention to detail gives her a unique skill set in assisting both buyers and sellers. After more than 20 years of success as a group medical insurance producer, transitioning to a yacht broker consultant was a natural fit.

Amy is consistent in her eagerness to offer personalized service in all aspects of the selling process. Assisting in negotiations, the inspection process and aftermarket needs, Amy stands with her clients every step of the way to assure a pleasant sales process. Her enthusiasm, boundless energy and her passion to serve others, has allowed for lasting relationships.
Scott’s extensive bluewater yachting experience spans across five decades cruising the waters of the Pacific from Hawaii to Mexico, California and Canada and the Atlantic from Newport, Rhode Island, throughout the Caribbean and as far south as the Netherland Antilles.

Once an accomplish sailor/racer, Scott now conducts on-the-water training for power boaters and luxury yacht owners and has assisted over 500 new boaters entering the boating market with sound advice and hands-on instruction.  As the managing broker, he assist in all closings and deliveries and is always available to offer assistance and knowledge to brokerage clients.
